Effective 29 August 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption for imported goods will end. All international shipments — regardless of value — will be subject to import duties.
We remain committed to serving our U.S. customers and will adapt our processes to ensure continued access to our products after the new import duty changes take effect. However, following 29 August, while we endeavour to update our checkout system, orders will temporarily be processed on a pro-forma invoice basis only.
When all required items are in the basket, select the shipping service you require and request a Pro-forma. The cost, including the new tariffs, will be calculated within business hours, and a secure payment link sent via email.
The order will not be processed until payment is received.
